Is it possible to change the sign-in network SSID and password for an Arlo smart hub without resetting and re-registering all the connected cameras. I am trying to move 6 hubs and 25 cameras to an IoT network on the same router and would rather not have to reinstall everything.

You can't change Arlo's SSID/password and no user knows what the password it (though there was a vulnerability uncovered some time ago (https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2019-3950). Unless you have a base station/SmartHub with the affected firmware (which I do, though waiting for Arlo to upload a newer version to my base station), you can't access the base station/SmartHub. Cameras use this SSID independently of your regular SSID network to communicate with the base station/SmartHub. What your regular home SSID is is irrelevant here, unless you have some cameras that connect to it directly.

All you need to do is make sure that the SmartHub is connected to the router. If you move Arlo's SmartHub to, say, a new network for IoT (say, guest LAN or a VLAN), you'll need to make sure that your mobile device from which you access your app is also connected to that network, as otherwise you'll experience some limitations. That's because when a device is on a guest LAN, it can't see devices connected to the main network (for example, your mobile phone).
