Being charged $9.99 a month with no subscription??

I haven't used my Arlo in a couple years. I am being charged $9.99 every month and when I log into my account on the browser it says I have no subscription. Without the subscription I cannot get support. I still have a monthly charge. I cannot get around this and my card continues to be charged. Arlo, help me either access my subscription or cancel it.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I am having the same issue. I have not used camera's and it won't allow me use their agent because I have no plan. So what is this $9.99 a month for? I can't even change my credit card info because there is no where to change or delete it. Help!!!

Hi….. did you ever get an answer to the question of why we charge $9.99 a month? We only have the video doorbell and no cameras inside or outside the house. it’s ridiculous that we can’t talk to somebody in the actual company. Had I known this, I totally would never have gone with Arlo. Thanks!
