    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted support via phone and chat and cannot get any help, so seeing if anyone has an answer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am being charged $9.99 per month, but my account shows as "no active subscription" so I cannot access my library.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Support says they "do not see a subscription" on any of my logins, so they cannot cancel.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Basically, nobody can tell me what account is being charged every month.&amp;nbsp; My credit card will not let me block because they say I have to go through the vendor (Arlo) to cancel subscriptions.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have used multiple logins over the years, so no idea what account is being charged.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else run into this?&amp;nbsp; How did you get it fixed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
