Request for Tax Invoice for Arlo online shop

Hi Arlo support,

can you please tell me how I can get an official Tax Invoice for my purchases via the Arlo online shop?

My finance department requires an official Tax Invoice, not an order receipt.

The Australian Tax Office requires companies (i.e. Arlo) to provide an official tax invoice for purchases greater than $82.50, as per their web site :

The official tax invoice MUST include 7 items:

Document is intended to be a tax invoice. = Must have written "TAX INVOICE"
Seller's identity. i.e. Arlo
Seller's Australian business number (ABN).
Date the invoice was issued.
Brief description of the items sold, including the quantity (if applicable) and the price. i.e. the goods that we purchased.
GST amount (if any) payable – this can be shown separately or, if the GST amount is exactly 1/11 of the total price, as a statement which says, 'Total price includes GST.'
Extent to which each sale on the invoice is a taxable sale.

I have called Arlo support twice about this matter, but it has not been resolved.
