Clear all the open pages on the iPhone, then restart the phone. After it comes back on open the app and try to login again please.

hi @BrookeN,
I tried it and it doesn't help. After the restart I saw spinner about half minute and the same error alert.
I use the latest iOS version: 26.1 on iPhone 16.
I also tried to reinstall the app, didn't help.
And in the browser I'm able to log in and see the devices.

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
