&lt;P&gt;Is the device reporting offline, or is there a black thumbnail with red exclamation mark? Do you have a screenshot of this by chance?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, which version of the Arlo app are you using?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>All cameras appear offline on the app recently</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have NOT updated to the "new" Arlo experience, because of the missing features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For about a week, the Arlo app no longer is able to control the cameras. It says they appear to be offline, but they aren't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recordings and alarms still work fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's just the app that refuses to talk to the cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does that mean Arlo is forcing users to update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
