I have the older wireless cameras and base station. I recently moved to a new home and I can't get the cameras to connect to the base. I have done all the hard and soft resets. No matter what I try they will not connect. The base is connected to my wifi but the cameras will not add on. Through my trouble shooting I have learned these cameras are now considered End of Life so I can't get any support from Arlo. They worked perfectly fine so I hate to just them out but I have spent too much time on this already. I have read in some threads they will offer you a discount if you are using EOL products for newer updated systems? Can anyone help with any of this? Thanks!

What exactly have you done so far? If you haven't removed anything from your account, you should have been able to simply move everything to the new house, plug in the Ethernet to the router and then plug in the base. No further action should have been needed. If you removed the base from your account, that's a different issue so tell us everything you've done.
