&lt;P&gt;I see that you have the Essential 2, Essential 2 doorbell and a Chime on your account which all appear to be online. I suggest resetting the camera that is not showing online within the account and adding it back to the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Base station (VMB3010) went offline during free trial of Essential 2nd gen camera (VMC2050-100NAS)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the free trial that comes with the Essential 2nd gen camera (VMC2050-100NAS) cause an older base station (VMB3010) and all older cameras (H7) to show as offline in the devices feed? Although the older cameras and base station are showing in the Arlo app as offline, the cameras are still alerting and recording when motion is detected (shows up in feed). The "devices" page in the app shows the base station and the H7 cameras offline; the Essential camera, video doorbell (&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;AVD4001Aer1.3&lt;/SPAN&gt;) and chime are all showing as active. In the Location and Plans area, Home Secure Trial is lit. Is the trial causing this problem? If so, how can it be circumvented?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base station firmware&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;1.27.0.0_1558_03495c2.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
