Arlo HD doesn't turn off

I have an original Arlo HD. I used to be able to turn it off if I was working around to save the battery. Now the Arlo app on my phone shows the perpetual spinning circle in the center of my screen only.

I turned off my phone and removed the batteries from the camera a few times. I also removed the device (Arlo) and put it back. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either.

Please advise,

Are you still experiencing this symptom? Do you see the same symptom on the web portal?

Hi Shayne,

No more. The message "This device is currently disabled and will not respond to mode change" pops up on the screen when I switch it off.
