Paying someone elses subscription

My abuser put my card on file to pay for his subscription. He used the cameras to have me on video at all times including when he assaulted me on numerous occasions. My account has been charged for over a year. He is now in prison. I want my money back and hope there aren't more cameras I'm unaware of recording me.
