&lt;P&gt;All manually recorded or motion detected events will be located in the library until deleted by a user or automatically deleted after 7 days (if you are using the free Basic subscription).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the video is older than 7 days, it will automatically be deleted from the cloud. We recommend downloading and storing locally any content you wish to save for later use.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to access a video from 6 days ago and can not. &amp;nbsp;Very frustrated that I can not chat or better yet talk to a representative. &amp;nbsp;We have recently purchased 5 cameras and 2 base stations. &amp;nbsp;If I can not get questions answered today, taking all this Arlo back.From the posts I have read, I see that your customers are not loving the product and that is too bad as the product seems like it would have been good if managed properly. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
