Arlo camera wont reconnect after power cut.

Have some old Arlo camera and they have been working great, the one on the drive, the battery has gone, so I drilled in to the garage and put it on a USB charging cable.

When i remove the charging cable it wont turn on, when I have it powered with the cable it works fine, but recently (after a power cut) the app says it cant detect it. Now it wont repair.

The camera will turn on and flash blue but it wont reconnect to the app. I have even tried factory resetting it, still nothing.

Any help?

Does the camera still appear in the Arlo app or show via the web portal as onboarded?
