    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looking for some help and advice please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im currently unable to access any videos from my base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive checked the connectivity, everything looks ok, I’ve rebooted the base station, I’ve removed it and reinstalled it, I’ve also reformatted the micro SD card but still no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can access all 4 cameras via the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_5138.png" style="width: 1170px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/433995iAB0C3629255CD7B1/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" role="button" title="IMG_5138.png" alt="IMG_5138.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
