Will Arlo bring back Custom or at least Expanded available Modes

I'm not exactly sure who thought it was a good idea to limit Arlo to three modes - but they should be fired. Can I assume you talked to absolutely zero customers when making this change? You could have at least added a night or sleeping mode.

Also, why have alert zones if you can't actually change any of the settings per zone? Seems pretty basic to want alerts in away or night mode for zones 1 and 2, but only care about alerts when home in zones 1.

I've about had it with Arlo - I think it's time to look at leaving after many years of being a customer

Arlo has lost 95% of its usefulness for me since it got rid of the custom setting. Seriously thinking of looking into another company which is extremely upsetting if I have to give up my 10 Arlo cameras. Whoever thought this was a good idea must not have used their own product for the many years I have used it.
