topic Compatible routers in Arlo

When my base station is plugged into my router there is a yellow light instead of the ususal green light. I have replace my original base station and cord and I still have the problem and therefore my cameras will not sync. I am thinking it might be a router compatibility problem now. I have a technicolor router from brighthouse (MediaAccess TC8715D). Has anyone had similar problems? Thanks!

While anything's possible, the likelihood is that the cable or the port on the base station or router could be the issue. It's possible that the modem/router settings could be blocking access so you'd need to either check the settings yourself or contact Brighthouse for help.
