&lt;P&gt;If the app is installed, then uninstall it.&amp;nbsp; Then go to the app store and install again.&amp;nbsp; Likely you will need to go through two-factor authentication when you log in (selecting email after the web push notification times out).&amp;nbsp; It is easiest to do this while near a PC, so you can get the code using the PC (avoiding the need to switch to a different app on the phone).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to add, if you're still having issues after reinstalling, make sure your phone's OS is up to date. Sometimes compatibility glitches cause the Arlo app to act up. Also, double-check that you're using the same login credentials as your original Arlo account to avoid sync problems with your cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
