      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Arlo PRO XL Spotlight with a SmartHub. One of the cameras is not functioning, and customer service was unhelpful. They essentially advised I purchase a new camera. The battery is fine, but the camera won't sync. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
