    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last few days I have been trying to reset my password to my account for the video doorbell app. The message I got was the there was a data breach so my password needed to be changed. I clicked on forgot password link and i haven't received a link. I have checked my junk folder and I know I the email address is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get in using my original password. The only issue is that it the app cannot find the the doorbell. I reset it a few times but it's not finding it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only issue is my&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Arlo&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Smart subscription plan is not showing up on the app and so I can't view any feeds or use any features. I've had the plan since February 2021 and am still paying it now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
