I've read the latest question on this topic and the answer from ARLO was not a solution to the particular issue. They responded with their answer only. I think we are all happy to get push notifications, if we desire, but don't need or want the sound with it. At least give us a choice.

I go walking in the early morning and used to be able to disarm ARLO as I left the house and then turn it back on when I got to the street. This worked well so I wouldn't disturb anyone in the house.

Now the latest update has stuffed that up.

I'm afraid i'm another one who will be considering my options if this is not rectified soon.
