    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app? Can you also reset the password and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Critical issue: Can't log in - neither in browser or mobile app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to log. I have tried both in the app and in the browser and get the same experience:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Entering my username and password - all ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Get sent an email with a code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* I enter the code in the view saying "&lt;SPAN&gt;Verify your identity&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;."&lt;BR /&gt;* I get an error with: &lt;/SPAN&gt;"Invalid factor data"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several times, on different devices - both browser and the app. I am 100% sure I have entered the correct code many times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please fix this so I can access my cameras?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to log in on the Android app even though I have tried many times on several separate days. So the same issue remains. Another weird thing is that I get "You've been logged in to a new device" to my email, but I never manage to get in in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to log in once in a browser on a desktop computer, after several attempts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
