Recommended transformer for AVD2001

Looking to wire in the wireless doorbell as the battery life is nothing like advertised, has anyone done this? I have no existing doorbell wiring so I need a transformer, can anyone recommend the same best one to use?

The specs are 8-24V AC. Arlo suggests 1 amp for the wired doorbell (with no chime), the wireless doorbell doesn't need that much, since it is just being trickle-charged.

So a plug-in 24VAC, 500 ma charger should work fine. There are several available for less than $25 USD
