Where can I get a replacement angled mounting wedge for Essential Wire-Free Doorbell (1st gen)?

I need to find replacements for the angled mounting wedge and I can’t find it under accessories. When I look online it’s “off brand” companies that sell a similar part, but I want one that will for sure fit!

Unfortunately, Arlo doesn't sell them separately.

Can you recommend a specific company or brand to replace it? I see so many options on Amazon, not sure what yo pick, so I wondered if you might know what’s best.
