Does VMB4000 have local storage feature

I have a VMB-4000, a Pro 4 camera, and a Wire-Free Doorbell. The VMB-4000 is connected to the camera and doorbell. I have a memory stick in the base station which the cameras record to but recordings are only viewable when I put the stick in my PC. How do I set up the camera and doorbell so that I can view recordings on my phone through the Arlo app?

The VMB4000 only has recording functions - it does not have any playback functionality.

If you want playback in the app, you need to get a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub. There are limitations with direct access to local storage - post back if you want more details.
