    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had a problem with my internet connection/WiFi at home, which has been fixed. When trying to reconnect the&amp;nbsp;Arlo Video Doorbell wire-free, it does not find the local WiFi network despite several restarts of the router and the Camera (removing the battery). It goes fine till the Camera scans the QR code from the App and then a message shows that the device is trying to cennect (it might take several minutes) but it fails to connect everytime. I have made sure to be near to the router and the WiFi is functioning well with the Chime unit. What to do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suggest looking at the attached device list after you hear the chime, and then see if the doorbell shows up there.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes the doorbell does connect the network properly, but the app doesn't find it for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note the phone does need to be connected to the wifi network, and if you are using a VPN on the phone you need to disconnect it during the installation.&lt;/P&gt;
