    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i am in the uk .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason I cannot reply to the offered solution .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Arlo cameras , Floodlight and base station /hub work well. .......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Essential doorbell , battery , wire free installation, round button. I have spent hours trying to get this to work. Not only that , my neighbour who works in IT has also wasted several hours trying to install it for me !! So here we go again !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installing doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The network is found&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The door bell is found .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The doorbell shows (along with my cameras, floodlight and base station) in the app. You think hurrah its worked !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However at the final stage it says give a few minutes why it looks for software updates. It never finds the installation update. It still shows in the app but says its offline , network not found. Aaaaaagh !!! The Royal Mail postman got really excited as he saw the doorbell insitu , as was I.&amp;nbsp; I really thought it had worked. But no . Still does not find the update . The doorbell has been factory&amp;nbsp; reset a number of times. Any suggestions ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally I am getting to the point that despite being happy with cameras and floodlight I am going to switch to Ring . Ironical , yes ! All I want is my Arlo doorbell to RING&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
