AVD2001 door bell is showing offline for me but works for my wife on her phone

and im the main account holder and she was added as a guest......is there an easy fix for this without doing a factory reset

I'd try 3 things:

1) Reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

2) Pull the doorbell battery and reinsert it.

3) Use a computer browser to use the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if it's any different.

Any better?
