&lt;P&gt;It is hard to know exactly what steps you performed since you really aren't providing the details.&amp;nbsp; Normally you'd&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remove the doorbell from the account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;make sure it is fully charged&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;do the hardware reset (using the pairing pin or a paper clip, and holding down the pairing button until the doorbell flashed amber - about 15 seconds)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;add it back to the account, and set it up again.&lt;/LI&gt;
