    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the mic for the doorbell enabled in the Audio Settings for the doorbell? If it is, I'd swap at the store, if possible, or use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a method to talk to official support for a possible faulty doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
