Hi can someone help .i have a new arlo wire free door bell .However i can hear people out side but when i speack in to my phone on the door bell they can not hear me .i can hear people from my door bell but they can not hear me .i had one before and that was fine .but th9is new one no

Verify that the phone's settings for the app have the mic permission allowed.

Is the mic for the doorbell enabled in the Audio Settings for the doorbell? If it is, I'd swap at the store, if possible, or use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a method to talk to official support for a possible faulty doorbell.
