      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi purchased a new rechargable battery for my wireless doorbell in July 2024. It has now stopped working. I've gone in circles with chat support robots trying to contact them for RMA since I don't have an active subscription the bot can not help. And I can not speak to a live agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nico reached out and left me a voicemail, however I can not call him back at that number, it is an outgoing number only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per his instructions he would be sending me an email. I received an email that was from a do not reply email address and it instructs me to contact him through support in the app. There are no open or pending requests in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I can do is 'contact support' which is just a robot again that sends me in circles per my original complaint.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is laughable at this point&lt;/P&gt;</description>
