Please can someone help me I need to replace the clip and spring on my doorbell as I dropped it while changing the battery, I need to replace asap as I got it because of domestic violence

You can try using the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer. Usually, user-induced damage ends up requiring that you purchase a new device but you can always try.
