    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you changed anything with your network, like a new router or maybe have moved things around? Is there anything new or moved that also uses the 2.4GHz band near the doorbell? Have you checked the voltage from your transformer with a voltmeter at the doorbell itself? It should be 16-24 volts AC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my arlo doorbell since 2021 and for some reason it started to be offline. I have been trying to re-connect my arlo doorbell wireless wifi device to my hub to no luck. Reset factory done. remove device done. Still with no chance in connecting it to the hub. I managed to add the device however it would fail to check for firmware updates and still be offline. Your advice is greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
