      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone rings when someone rings the doorbell but then it's just a grey screen, very frustrating im paying for the subscription and no one to talk to where is the support! Thinking of leaving, the whole point is so I can talk to someone and all I get is a grey screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app may help. Do you see Library to view recordings or Feed? A screenshot of Settings may be useful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah when I go to feed I can see the video, I just can’t answer it.
