Double call from Arlo Doorbell

I have been using the Arlo Doorbell for quite some time now.

It all worked well, but since a month or so I get double calls when somebody is at the door:

Anybody had a similar issue?

Does this happen every time?

Just wondering if people might be pressing the doorbell more than once. (Of course that should still result in just one call, but it would help understand exactly what is happening).

Happens every time, and I tried it myself with just one click.

Are you using an iOS or Android device? Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling? Can you please provide what software version you are on as well?

latest iOS, it used to work well then suddenly this happened

I tried re-installing

I tried with single-click, making sure it wasn't people double clicking

SW version: 5.05

Are you still seeing this same behavior? Have you tried to reset the doorbell and re-onboard it back onto the account?
