    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought an Arlo plan it’s not showing up in the Arlo camera app. I had a plan it expired. So I went in and I bought it and I have no way of getting in touch with anybody for help. &amp;nbsp;I’ve never dealt with a company that felt so adverse to dealing with their customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've checked the account you have associated with the email address you are using here on the community and it does not show a plan associated with it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When purchasing the new plan, did you receive any error messages when going through the purchase flow? Have you attempted the purchase again?&lt;/P&gt;
