Is this a new install? Did you check all the packaging? If you'r looking for additional brackets for any reason, you'd have to use the app to go to Settings, Support, and choose your doorbell. Scroll down to Contacts to see if official support can send you new ones. Extra pieces/parts are not sold anywhere.

Yes it is a new instal, i have look inside the box but the mounting breaket is not in the box.
