Doorbell won’t connect to to wifi.

My devices came with a new house. I’ve got everything to work except the this doorbell. I have tried everything to get this to work. Resetting the device, following the instructions, adding in the wifi, but it refuses to read the QR CODE. I’ve tried the reset trick that I found on here and eventually it made the beeping noise, but then still timed out. If anyone knows a tip or trick to get this to work before I bin it I’d be very appreciative.

Sometimes taking a picture of the QR code and printing the picture can help. The code is really small, and it can be hard to get it in focus during the install.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
