When saying "show <your arlo doorbell name>" to google nest hub. The video comes in oriented sideways.

It does this for both of my doorbells.

Consider adjusting the resolution of the doorbell within Settings > Doorbell > Video Settings and test again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
