App Battery Percentage

I installed the doorbell on 2nd March 2024 and used the existing wiring to give trickle charge. Since installation I have noticed that the battery percentage is no longer visible anywhere. I can see the battery icon but the percentage is better as allows me to monitor the status. How do I get this back? I have deleted the app, checked for updates, updated my iPhone etc and it still doesn’t reappear when you go on device settings

The percentage is only shown in the doorbell settings. If you use a computer browser, hovering the mouse pointer over the battery icon will show the percentage, too. While I don't have iOS here so can't comment on oddities, it may be worth telling us what phone and OS version you're using so someone else can check and comment.

Have you tried removing the doorbell from the account and re-onboarding it?

Yes, I have done that and deleted the app reinstalled and updated etc

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.
