Hello,

We received a new wifi modem which has a range from 2.4-6. Devices automatically connect to the "best" per the internet provider tech. I know the doorbell has to be connected to 2.4, but I can't always make sure devices are connected to 2.4. I can't seem to get the doorbell to connect for this reason. Is there a solution?

Can you have your phone on the 2.4Ghz network when onboarding the doorbell with your phone?

I see. I would suggest contacting the ISP to see if they can help with adjusting the WIFI band for you or if it's possible to locate the settings on your end.
