Doorbell does not wotk at first press (AVD2001B100EU)

My doorbell does not work at first press - however if a press a second time it works as it should - like it has to wake up or so first.

after a while its back to the same pattern (goes back to sleep).

its the same pattern on both the chime and the phone. Both units are brandnew (dec. 2023)

I´ve seen several of similar post but no solution, so all suggestions are welcome - as it is now its worthless, and might aswell be returned.

WHat happens if you reinsert the doorbell battery to reboot it? Have you tried removing one doorbell from your account and add it back in?

Not sure what has happened, but now it works - so hopefully it continuis that way
