    <description>&lt;P&gt;Generally, using the same SSID and password for your new WiFi that you used for the old one works the best. However, now that you've removed the cameras, that isn't the case although it may make it easier in the end. The reason for this is that your new SSID and/or password may use characters that Arlo doesn't support. Using the old ones, which are known to work, may be the best solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo not showing up on app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wifi went down, so I had to rebuild my network. I tried connecting my cameras to my new WiFi and they would not connect. So I tried removing the devices to attempt and start from scratch, now the app won't find any cameras when I try to sync. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
