Doorbell isn’t showing up on devices but is showing up under shared device

I’m trying to link my Chime 2 to my already installed Arlo doorbell. None of my devices show up under my devices except for my Chime two. The rest of my Arlo devices show up under Shared devices. The problem is that I see shared devices I am unable to link the Chime 2 to my doorbell. How can I get all of my devices listed under devices. My main goal is to get the Chime 2 linked to my doorbell. #Arlodoorbell #chime2

The doorbell and other devices must be in another account, to which you have shared access.

You need to install the chime 2 in that account.
