Hi..

i have got a Chime 2 that dosent whant to connect.. i have been talking to support, and they has sending me a new one.. but the same problem

When i add it, i got asked to gonnect to Wifi Arlo-2574, but it stop there…

can somone help please? Have been using 3-4 days with this…

What is the error message after you select Join, what is the screen you get stuck on?

Are you connected to a 2.4Ghz network while onboarding this chime?

the message is « could not connect to Arlo Wifi 👍🏻

i have tried all, and i have seen in the comnunity rhat is many that have the problem. Arlo had to fix! Have been working with that MANY days now

Are you using WPA2 Wi-Fi Security?

Have you tried rebooting your Modem/router as well?
