      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi.. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i have got a Chime 2 that dosent whant to connect.. i have been talking to support, and they has sending me a new one.. but the same problem&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When i add it, i got asked to gonnect to Wifi Arlo-2574, but it stop there…&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;can somone help please? Have been using 3-4 days with this…&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, 2,4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the message is « could not connect to Arlo Wifi &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍🏻&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried all, and i have seen in the comnunity rhat is many that have the problem. Arlo had to fix! Have been working with that MANY days now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you using WPA2 Wi-Fi Security?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your Modem/router as well?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
