Black and white when ringing , color when live view

Hi,

I own an arlo video doorbell wirefree ( AVD1001 ) and since a reinstallation i have a strange behaviour.

When live preview is active, the image is clear and in color, but when ringing/calling, the image turn black and white

Tested multiple reset, tested multiple angle/luminosity, hdr, no hdr, no change.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Is it possible that the person ringing the doorbell is blocking enough ambient light to cause the doorbell to switch to night vision? A screenshot of the camera view may be useful.

Test done, no change, the image is still in back and white when ringing.

Preview mode is in color, and as soon as ringing, the image change to black and white 😞

Tres odd. I guess the next step is to use Settings, Support to chose the doorbell and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
