      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any issue where the doorbell suddenly stops recording any sound. &amp;nbsp;Just get a bit of static as the camera starts recording, then pretty much white noise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have restarted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have updated app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have active subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you make sure the microphone is on, it may have accidentally got turned off. Go into the app&amp;gt; Devices&amp;gt; Choose the doorbell &amp;gt; Click on the little gear on the upper right and you will see the audio settings under that section double check the microphone is on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It'd be good to test the audio on a PC (my.arlo.com), just to confirm it's not an issue with the phone app (unlikely but easy to try). I also suggest removing the battery from the doorbell for 10-15 seconds and reinserting it, and see if that restores audio.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another thing you could try is removing the doorbell from the account, doing a factory reset, and then add it back again.&amp;nbsp; Use the release pin/paper clip method&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If steps like these don't help, I then suggest contacting phone support via the app.&amp;nbsp; It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time. Check the warranty status on the doorbell before reaching out to support, as if it is still covered you could get a replacement RMA.&lt;/P&gt;
