      <description>&lt;P&gt;DO both doorbells have a subscription which is required for cloud recordings? It sounds like the sub for the one that doesn't record has an expired trial sub and needs to be added to a paid one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming that a mode that enables the doorbell is being used, I'd suggest reinserting the doorbell battery to restart it. If that doesn't help, remove the doorbell from your account and add it back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
