Chime 2 cant select melody and controle volume

Cant select the melody and cant control volume for chime 2. Does anyone have a solution?

I can do more on my Arlo on the internet. But it doesnt play the selected melody or adjust the volume.

IOS 16.4.1

App version: 4.5(6272) release date 05-25-2023

Hardware: Chime 2 AC2001Aer1.2

Firmware: 1.10.0_314_d36790b

Are you setting this in the DOORBELL settings? Don't try to use the chime settings which are different.

No because those are the settings for the doorbell and not for the chime.

Actually, since the chime is paired with the doorbell, the chime melody and volume are there. The chime settings are for security settings. I suppose that may have changed over time (I don't recall) but this is how things are now.
