Doorbell ring once only after connected internal chime

I bought a Arlo wireless doorbell and connect it to the existing chime after i turn off the doorbell breaker.

It rings when i turn on the doorbell breaker, and it rings once when i press the doorbell button, then after that no chime no matter how many time i press. If i turn off and turn on the breaker, it happens again. Ring when trun on the breaker and rings once only when press button for the first time, then no chime anymore.

Anyone else had similar issues?

WHat's the transformer rating and what voltage do you measure at the doorbell? I suppose it could be an incompatible chime.

I am same problem here, checked transmittion power is enough, tried swape cable in doorbell back panel but no luck. As I am using wireless doorbell, not sure need to buy powerkit or not.

It doesn't use the powerkit (it only trickle-charges the battery, so it doesn't draw enough power to need it).
