Have you checked the phone's settings for the Arlo app to ensure notifications are enabled and have a sound associated with them?

Installed doorbell and two chimes in November 2022. Am still struggling with views on 2 Echo Show 8 devices, but that's for another post later. Set up the Arlo Secure app on my Samsung Galaxy A53 and can see the front door area very well. When the doorbell detects movement, I do not receive any notifications on the phone; however, the Echo Shows do verbally announce that someone is at the front door (video does not automatically turn on unless we tell Alexa to do so). So when I hear the Echo notification, I then need to go to my phone to see the front door. Of course, this does me no good if I'm not at home. I've reviewed the Smart Notifications settings on the app and it looks okay, but I may be missing something. I do have the latest app version. Anything else I should check, either on the Arlo side or the phone side? Thanks in advance!
