Microphone not working with Doorbell

The microphone has stopped working on my Video Doorbell (wire free). Had previously worked as expected but no longer. When playing back video recordings audio has a hissing sound/noise.

Using latest:

Arlo SmartHub

Arlo App v4.2

iOS 16.3.1

Have reset device, turned mic permissions on/off, checked audio settings etc; no luck.

With a subscription, use Settings, Support (old UI) or Settings, Support Center (new UI) to start a communication with official support.

same issue with me, contacted arlo support, took them 3 weeks to investigate and now they are sending me a replacement
